From the project plan to the community, STC4iD is making a difference on the ground
MAARRDEC, represented by Ms. Arlene D. Balao, Project Technical Assistant II, and Ms. Marianne Em R. Magbanua, Project Administrative Aide VI, together with STC4iD Project Leader Ms. Mary Yole Apple Declaro-Ruedas and project team members Mr. Benjie Nacar and Mr. Jhay Loyd Arnejo, conducted an on-site monitoring and evaluation visit to the DOST-PCAARRD Project: “Enhancement of S&T Community-Based Livelihood Options for Inclusive Development (STC4iD) of the HAGURA Mangyan Communities in Occidental Mindoro.”
The visit focused on assessing project progress, validating field implementation, and gathering feedback from the HAGURA Mangyan communities to ensure that the S&T interventions remain relevant, responsive, and beneficial to the intended beneficiaries.
